What is OPAN?
Promoting Standards of Excellence for Oklahoma
Public Art
The Oklahoma Public Art Network (OPAN) was created to help local and regional public art professionals and artists pursue public art opportunities in their community. Monthly meetings serve as a networking tool that connects experienced public art administrators, artists, and those new to the field. Sharing of best practices and resources not only advances the field locally, but nationally as well, and promotes standards of excellence.
